Hide menu in Firefox 3.6.x bug and solution

After I installed the latest version of Mozilla Firefox, at this time 3.6.8, and tried to hide the Menu Bar by build in FF commands (right click on the menu bar and uncheck “Menu Bar”). FF hides the menu as I needs but after I restart FF the menu bar will return and can’t use the old method to hide it again until I checked it to “show menu bar” and restart it again. So I could not hide it completely. For now, I found the solution; it seems to be a profiles bug of FF so I run FF in safe mode and check for “Reset toolbars and controls” and then click on “Make changes and restart”. After the browser loaded, I can hide or show the menu bar as I preferred.
